Inn Places: Eat, Sleep and be Pampered in 2017

Happy New Year..!

2017 promises to be an exciting year for Inn Places – enhancements to the website, more fantastic inns for that special break away and the publication of our first Inn Places Guide. So, why not kick off 2017 with Inn Places and beat the ‘January blues’ with a country escape to eat, sleep and be truly pampered at one of these fabulous pubs with rooms. Pack your boots, enjoy a bracing winter walk, then make good use of the local Spa deals or book a relaxing in-room treatment, before hunkering down by the fire with your favourite tipple.

Stone floors, rustic timbers, open fires and earthy colours set the tone, and smart bedrooms are a cut above the pub norm. A night away in January includes 3 hours pampering at Barnsley Spa!

David’s Latest Find – The Barrow House
The Barrow House, Egerton, Kent

Inn Places is delighted to welcome the Barrow House in Egerton, Kent as the first of our new finds for 2017. The shiny new sibling to The Milk House is a striking spruced-up 16th-century gem on the Greensand ridge in thriving Egerton. Rescued from closure, it’s now a busy local with three cosy contemporary bedrooms (two have super views), a rambling beamed bar, and an eclectic, crowd-pleasing menu that draws on Kent’s rich larder of produce.
